Um. Huh?
Bain is Romney's company. You know, the one he built all by himself with just an axe and some magic Mormon dust? Yeah, so apparently Hollywood decided to create a super villain whose name sounds like the company to sabotage Romney's campaign.
Um. Yeah?
Which is really thinking far in advance because the character was created in the early 1990's, and was used in the 1997 Batman and Robin movie.
