Try Cards Against Humanity. It's that Apples to Apples game done over in a way that is so anti-PC wrong that makes it hilariously right.

Seriously, we were playing it and two folks came down with heart attack symptoms from the laughing. 

And nothing says an entertaining party like multiple near-death experiences.
