Seventy years ago today...

We kicked the crap out of the Japanese in the Battle of Midway.  Third WWII ass-kicking in a row against the military that attacked Pearl Harbor without warning.

Why don't we celebrate that kind of stuff? Insensitive? Too soon?

Lots of our friends are Japanese by the way.  No, seriously.  Lovely folks.
