What is it about...

Robot faces when they try to make them look kind of human so we don't get creeped-out by them, and it ends up making us more creeped-out than when they look like bugs or calculators?

Do we blame the robots, or their creators.

Come to think of it, most of those bug like calculator guys who build robots are pretty creepy all on their own.  Totally in a "he was a quiet guy, lived on his own and didn't go out much, never caused any trouble" kind of way.
