We generally think that FAQs are there to save organization the repetitive answering of the same old questions. But in general, they lie at the base of their proposition.
If they told the truth, they would include answers to questions like:
How much does it really cost?
Is that the lowest price you can give me? OK, what is?
Am I supposed to have these little bleeding blisters after applying this for a week?
Who are you and have you ever bankrupt a company?
Are you kidding me?
No, are you fucking kidding me?
And aren't those the questions we really want answered?
