Yeah, we're talking to you, tailgater. Maybe you just don't know about how accident law works. You see, if you're rear-ended, at a stop light or in motion, and your car slams into the car in front of you, you probably think you're not at fault.

But you're wrong asshole.

You are fully at fault for hitting the car in front of you because you didn't leave enough space.
