San Francisco Charges $3...
If you're going to San Fran Sisco, be sure to wear a flower in your hair, and have three bucks in hand.
That seems to be the motion proposed by the city's transit authority. Not only will they charge you $3 to get into the city by car, but another $3 TO GET OUT!
This ends with two different spins you'll no doubt hear on Letterman or Leno:
Spin 1: Stranded guy with sign at side of the road asking for $3 donation so he can go home and see his family.
Spin 2: San Francisco repurposed as some kind of bizarre fantasy ride where an E-Ticket gets you admission to a land of fairies, trolls, elves, and... well, the're pretty much there now.
