What would it look like...
If ex-eBay chief Meg Whitman ran California?
We're not totally sure, but we'd bet there would be some interesting new lotteries. Maybe Pez dispensers with golden ticket candies, or collectable Schwarzenegger lunch boxes? We'd like to see some kind of feedback history on representatives as well.
