Shopping tip...

Something for just about anyone on your XMas list.  Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog is finally going to be out on DVD.  If you haven't seen it already on the web, here's the synopsis:

Neil Patrick Harris (How I Met Your Mother) stars as Billy, A.K.A. Dr. Horrible, a budding super-villain who’s ambitious plans for world domination continually go awry. His two goals: getting accepted into the Evil League of Evil, and working up the guts to speak to Penny, the pretty girl at the laundry mat, played by Felicia Day (Buffy the Vampire Slayer). The problem, as Billy explains nightly in his video blog, is that he’s constantly thwarted by arch-nemesis Captain Hammer. Hammer is the frat-boy bully from high school all grown up into a superhero, and played by Firefly’s Nathan Fillion “with hilariously villainous cartoon relish” (TVGuide.com). With one big score, Billy could get into the League and earn the respect of Penny, but only if he can keep her away from the dashing Captain Hammer...

How much fun is that?  And the pre-order timing is perfect if you have it sent directly to all your friend's houses already pre-wrapped. It's so lazy, and great, we just can't stand it.
