We love those backwards countries...
When the economy is going South, oil prices headed up, and every other thing gets you down, you can always count on some small minded country to raise a smile.
Take Pakistan. They've decided to block YouTube. Apparently too many cartoons of the Prophet Mohammad are making their way among the TGOC videos. Go figure.
And why YouTube? Last we checked, the Danish cartoon wasn't animated. It's much easier to access via any site that can serve up a jpeg. Did the Pakistan information ministry get confused about the difference?
We love it when a whole country gets paranoid about information access. It's a real giggle. The national equivalent of holding your hands over your ears and saying "la la la la la..."
