Bioshock
We're in line for this bad boy tomorrow morning. The XBOX 360 demo was worth playing through three times. It's got all the casual class and elegance of the 40's in a blood-filled 1st person shooter. It doesn't get any better than that.
Did we mention scary little girls with hypodermics? We love that shit!
