That is, providing the kitten has a tendency to spontaneously combust.
The news is wild with the Dell recall on laptop batteries, the biggest recall in history. What's missing from most of the reports here? Who made the batteries in the first place? Our favorite whipping company: Sony.
The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission acknowledged on Tuesday that the batteries "are not unique to just the Dell notebook computers." They're reviewing all Sony laptop batteries from 2004 onward.
In the meantime, you might want to reconsider whether you've bought a "laptop" or just a "portable" computer.
