Texas Redefines Insanity...
Stick with us today, this is a bit mind bending.
Courts in Texas are helping us all understand insanity. The same way a burn victim helps us understand napalm.
Case in point: insanity defense laws in the loony-star state require that a delusional person acting under orders from God be judged differently than a delusional person listening to Satan's voices in their head.
The point here is that the Satan voice lacks "moral authority" and the listener is thereby exempt from use of the insanity defense. Crazies listening to the voice of God, were properly allowed to use the insanity defense. Abraham, you're safe dude.
We expect that the rest of the nation must add an insanity check against making any decision based on having listened to someone from Texas.
