Seven Great Things About the USA

OK, it's coming up on a virtual four day weekend, so you're probably expecting the traditional post about how we're going road-tripping and we'll be having some trained monkey manage the site while we're gone.

While that's all fun and games for some, we're going to have to disappoint you on two levels this time.

First, we're staying right here at Casa E.C for the holiday.  No road trip.  No strange disappearance with bizarre guest host. No drunken binge postings... well, that's the intent...

Second, in honor of the nation's birthday, we're going to do seven days of great things about the USA.  Things that you only find/do here, that the rest of the world only wishes it could do this well. In your face rest-of-the-world.  But don't expect any fucking lame-ass magnetized yellow ribbon zombie posts; this is the real stuff, the stuff that matters, stuff you can do stuff with.

Of course, we might be a little naughty doing so...
