Google stock drops nearly 10% in one day due to government subpoena and the big G's intent to finger it's nose at federal efforts to measure exposure to child porn on the internet.
Hmmm. G's feelings regarding porn aside, we have this incredible feeling of déjà vu . Something about ten years ago when the gov stepped in on another high flying tech company and fucked them over for a number of years...
But that couldn't happen again? Nah, Google is all "first do no wrong."
