Missing U V
Yeah, it's starting to sink in that we're missing CES this week. And for the stupidest of reasons, which we won't go into. For many this ubergeekfest is a chance to preview new technologies and products that will change business and home life.
For us, another exercise in composing shopping lists.
At least we'll have the Engadget take on things. It's the next best thing to being there.
But we'll miss Vegas. It's been four months since our last visit, and that's two months too many.

So today's news brings the juicy bits about how Jon Stewart is hosting the Oscars this year. This means we'll be getting fewer Daily Shows, but we'll have the outside chance of getting JS to F-Bomb the O's. At the very least, maybe a Dick joke. |
