Bets?
We're thinking that Houston is going to see Federal aid much faster than the Crescent City area did. Can't say why we think that, it just kinda feels that way.
And if this trend continues, we'll probably see aid going into Florida months in advance of their next hurricane. Lord knows those Bush boys plan ahead, and they surely work together...
