Anyone else notice...
That the Homeland security Threat Level hasn't made the news since just before the 2004 elections? Sure was active just before then! Maybe the terrorists got what they wanted back in November, could that be it?
It would be wrong to think that there was manipulation of the level before the election to help the incumbent create a fear of change in the populace. Wow, that would never happen given W's "no tolerance" stance on terrorism. Using an important indicating device in such a manner would be an act of terrorism in itself, just by definition.
