OK, we made one of those headlines up ourselves, not going to say which one. CS got arrested yesterday for squeezing the Charmin of a complete stranger. Apparently in front of his own girlfriend. And then left with police screaming "This is bullshit. I didn't do anything, I'm going to sue everybody."
OK, so what most media isn't reporting is that apparently he made a double-mistake here, because the gropee was 52 years old. Bad judgment on so many levels.
Similar recent cases in Manhattan dismissed an ass patting as not being "forcible touching", where grabbing, squeezing, and pinching are apparently way over the line; third degree sexual abuse. Convictions here are punishable with somewhere between 60 days and to a year in prison.
And that's where the forcible touching will really begin.
