American Idol Blew the Vote?

You know we don't watch this trite descent into humiliation and artificial celebrity, but we have to laugh this morning at news that this national show with millions of viewers botched the dial-in voting numbers. The upshot? Recount! Another show tonight, another performance for the struggling contestants, and more money for the text messaging and phone industry. And maybe this time some proofreading.

And Fox, how hard can it be to get the instructions right folks? After all, who do you think you are, Florida?
