OK, remember faking sick at work/school yesterday? Today it pays off. Someday we'll do some real tips on actually calling in sick, but for now just do it without going overboard on the details. "You don't want to know" is a great response to any inquiry about how you're feeling.
Every now and then Friday itself is the best damn day of the week. Traffic is light on the roads and in the stores, movies are open but there are no lines, and best of all, you've got two more days after today before the next Monday!
