we get it

October 25, 2003

One exits, one enters...

Glitter King Elton John is coming to Vegas! We couldn't be more excited! (Actually, we could, but it sounds better that way - even though some folks will take that as meaning sexually excited, which is not what we meant it to sound like.  Really, all playing for the home team on this side of the fence. In any case, we wanted to say we're really looking forward to going to Vegas again this year and seeing Elton, what with Roy out of the picture, so don't read anything more into it than that.  OK?)

Anyway, Sir Dwight will be doing 75 shows in 2004.  Hot Damn, he's at Cesar's too! It doesn't get better than that.  Oops, he's starting in February so we've can't mix that in with the whole CES trip.  Hah!  Yeah, like we need an excuse for a second trip to LV in the Winter time...

In exactly 6 days, we're making a subtle change to the evil.com home page. We're having a contest: anyone who can successfully predict what change that would be will get their name published as "too smart for their own good."

Clue #4 - Some things just sound silly if you hold onto them.

You can send guesses through the standard method.  If you can't figure out the standard method, you're obviously not "too smart for your own good."

Everything you need to figure it out is right on this site. And for clarity's sake, since accurate time is sooooo important, we're talking about a change that will happen sometime on 10/31/2003.

New among the ranks of the Too Smart for Their Own Good: "tyler theofilos" and"Nicci Azucena".  We think Nicci's a girl so we've got to change the "Congrats Boys!" at the end of all of this. What a pain.  Nicci  joins "Nick Jones", "Beck Ryan", "jared ulmer" "Matt Gill", "Chris Canuck"and "John Stamm".  Congrats... er... ya'll!
