Coen finally put DOWN. sex.com in rightful hands!
Six years ago (six fucking years! can you believe how long it takes for this "duh" shit to get through the courts!) Gary Kremen's sex.com domain got hijacked by "entrepreneur" and forger Stephen Coen, henceforth referred to as "that sack." After being convicted of illegally usurping the name and fined $65 million in damages in 2002, that sack still pressed on in the courts to return the stolen domain to him! Today the US Supremes (minus D. Ross) denied that sack's final appeal. Sanity exists, but it takes an iNsaNe amount of time to get resolved by the arcane judicial system.
