Performance artist John Tesh is being sued by a woman in Missouri who says he stole her 9/11 poetry for a cut on his last Christmas album!
Good Lord woman! Let it pass! Most would assume they'd ducked a bullet by not being connected with Tesh's "art!" Don't be a fool! Your lawyers are not your friends!
