Turn that frown upside down... NOW!
Heard this one yet? Apparently the Politically Correct crowd in touchie-feelie Palo Alto Cali wants to make disapproving facial expressions a no-no in the city council. Expressions noted include frowns, shaking heads, "tisking" and eye rolling.
